One by one the ports are failing. The only ports that work now are the top USB-C ports. The ability to use different cord seemed like a plus, but when the ports don't work that flexibility is gone. HDMI on one side and USB-C on the other side, forget it. Tried many, possibly all combinations of cords and ports to no avail.Attempted on a different laptop and only one screen worked. Attempted everything I could think of to justify keeping it and with each try, the situation gets worst.I should have returned it sooner, now I don't think I can.

These are great screens and they don’t require separate power. You just plug them into the computer and they power on with the computer. The part you attach to the computer is solid. I purchased a cheaper screen with a separate stand but ultimately returned it for this and it was the best decision I made. They are super portable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish the screens were bigger, but the overall quality is very good despite the screen size.
