GOATed.
I'm a stickler about paper feel and pens in general. But if you're the average person writing with a 7.0mm G4 or a Bic ballpoint off the shelf at Walgreens, this thing is absolutely fire. No bleedthrough. Sucks ink out of pens that should have been retired during the Carter administration. ONLY possible negative is that if you're using a pen with a wider tip, sometimes the ink can take an extra millisecond to dry.

Best For Fountain Pens
I've tried no less than a dozen notebook brands in the past that were supposed to be "fountain pen friendly." Some were better than others. But this notebook is, hands down, the best I've found. I've experienced no feathering or ghosting with any of my fountain pens, not even with my Visconti and Mont Blanc pens that put down a lot of ink. Extremely happy with this brand. High recommended if you're a fountain pen fanatic like me.

Fountain pen friendly and a perfect sized journal.
Paper was smooth as butter, worked well with my pilot kakuno, the wire binding makes it easy to fully open. 10/10 would recommend.

Great for Graphic Design College Students
I'm a huge fan of this, bought it as a one off because I didn't have time to go to the Blick to get a new sketchbook before classes started. Will absolutely be buying again...and again...and again.Dot grid layout is in 1mm sections, that's my only "downside" given that I'm in America and we're afraid of base-10 numerical systems for some reason.Otherwise, writing in it (using a 0.5mm mechanical pencil and a 0.5mm Archival Ink Micron) has been a dream. My lines are clean and drawing on it feels incredibly smooth, especially with a pen. Eraser marks are a bit more obvious on this paper than "standard" sketchbook paper, but sketching light and using a polymer eraser seem to be decent. There is no bleed through from front to back page whatsoever. Because of this, the pages definitely have a decent weight to them, but still tear out easily. Since the paper is much smoother than standard sketchbook paper, it does have a small amount of smudge when drawing with an ink pen - but it's barely noticeable given how quick the dry time is.Overall, if you can snag this while it's on sale - you may as well buy a few. Great value overall, I do wish it had a higher page count option, but it's great for semester work.

Love this paper!
In my experience, this paper handles fountain pen inks really well. It’s a bit pricey, but I believe in buying exceptional paper, and that’s what this paper is. I like it in B5 size, and I’ve been impressed enough that I’ve bought two notebooks so far and will definitely buy more.

Love this
I honestly don’t remember how I came to purchase this notebook. I bought it in 2020 and stuck it under my desk. I found it recently after looking for a notebook to use with my Ferris Wheel Press fountain pen inks as the journal I received for Christmas was not sufficient. The paper in this notebook is phenomenal with the fountain pen ink. No feathering or ghosting. I am using in with a pointed pen. I plan to try it out with my fountain pen but I suspect the results will be the same. I only wish the cover came in colors other than black.

Best Notebook!!!
This is one of the best notebooks I've ever used. As a college student, I have used my fair share of notebooks, and while this notebook is on the smaller end I really enjoyed it. With the headline and date box up at the top it makes it easier to find all my notes. And with the notebook being dotted instead of lined it was easier to make my diagrams and graphs much neater and more organized.

Review from a lefty
Great to write on, very little smearing even with a fountain pen as long as I'm careful where I put my hand for a few seconds after writing a line

Love these notebooks
This notebook has a hard plastic front and back cover and the spine allows it to be folded through 360°. The first page is yellow with some use diagrams then each page has Date/No. and Title boxes at the top. The paper is very good quality – it feels very smooth and is very pleasant to write on. The pages are perforated and tear very cleanly. What I like most is that the hard plastic cover protects the pages and keep the notebook looking very nice despite my carrying it in handbags and backpacks.

Excellent quality
I tried so many pads before becoming loyal to this one. It can easily be used landscape or portrait as the day/months marking is very subtle as is the grid marking. Though the paper looks thin I use various fountain pens and ink without it showing through.

Mnemosyne A4 Notebook Plain.
I have used one of these before and the paper is beautifully smooth. You can use these sheets as writing paper because there is only a faint margin along what becomes the right hand side of an A4 sheet.Absolutely great paper that's fountain pen friendly.

Smooth and good
Very smooth for fountain pen writing. You may find smudging if the ink isn't allowed enough time to dry and you rub your hand across it. A basic and quality product. Much better than cheap stationery brands with scratchy paper. Value for money is up to you.
