This one got relatively high protein content. About 10 grams per 85 grams serving. The taste too is really good. Great extra firm texture. I finished my last order of 24 pounds in around 6 weeks alone (lol!). Also, if you calculate price per protein, this one is the cheapest available. Also, the amino acid profile of this specific kind of tofu is pretty good thus making it an independent source of complete protein.

This is the best! The flavor, consistency, adaptability of this organic, non-GMO tofu cannot be surpassed! It is so wonderfully rich in my dairy substitution recipes that I can serve a decadent tasting, creamy sauce or soup that wins praise and surprise every time, and add phyto super power to my loved ones diets. Due to its firm texture and taste. It makes an egg-less salad (vegan) so mouth and tummy comforting, that its preferred over Mama Hen's offerings. Having had others, I am now convinced that if it's not Soy Boy....it's not tofu!
