I have been in the health food business for many years. In all those years I have rarely come across this herb. Its full name is Ajuga turkestanica and it is native to Uzbekistan.It is a flowering plant used in traditional Eastern medicine. But in all honestly, I have never heard of it and I have lived in Russia and Eastern Europe. So I do not think it is widely used.The shoots and leaves supposedly help treat digestive upset, cardiovascular issues and general aches and pains. It should also help to build muscles and speed up muscle recovery. One last benefit is to help you focus.So does it work? I get a type of IBS. If I use this product I do get some ease from the bloating and gas and it has a slight laxative effect. I have used something very similar in China, but that is made from fennel and peppermint. As far as aches and pains I cannot comment, as I do not have such issues. It has speeded up my thinking process and created a feeling of peace. So it may be good for exam students. I do feel more energetic since I have been on them. So overall they may be working.I think it may be worth trying your luck with this product and seeing if it works for you. I can certainly feel a slight difference since I have been on them.

I've taken Tribulus Terrestris before with some benefit and was interested to find this Turkesterone supplement from NRG Labs. I'm not sure it's had the same effects as TT, similar but not quite as effective for me. On the other hand I've seen no ill effects or problems with it and have suffered no stomach upsets or other symptoms.You take one or two capsules per day, I stuck with one, preferably with food and so the jar could last you two months. I can't say this has turned me into a raging gym monster but you do feel a bit more incentivised and gain a bit more stamina, maybe that's a placebo effect but it works. To be honest I'd want to know more about Turkesterone and long-term side effects (if any) before continuing to take it. Meantime I'll keep an eye on it and stick to TT for the time being.

So I've been taking this supplement for about 2 weeks now and have definitely felt more energised and determined throughout the day especially when exercising.I take a range of supplements at specific times during the day for maximum efficacy and find that this is best to be taken first thing in the morning just after or in between breakfast.I've been taking 2 capsules every day and therefore this pack will last around a month.60 capsules at this price is definitely quite pricey in my opinion and I'm not sure I'd personally pay that.These aren't a magic pill to suddenly make you an athlete but they do seem to pep you up (could be placebo effect as well to be fair)They're supplied sealed with a batch/lot number and a long expiry date of just under 2 years.As with all supplements check with your GP before taking these especially if you're on medication have a medical condition, pregnant etc.These supplements are made in FDA registered facilities, are non GMO and GMP stamped and are suitable for vegans as well.The package is also recyclable.The capsules have no taste and are easy enough to swallow as well.I'll keep taking these until they're done and if I find any other benefits I'll alter my review accordingly but for now I can state that these definitely boost my energy a little.

I am always keen to try new trends of gym supplements (that aren’t ‘roids) to see for myself whether they make any tangible difference to my workout performance. I was aware of the turkesterone craze sweeping the internet but the few individuals that I follow specifically in that realm are sceptical of any evidence-based results.I followed the dosage and frequency to the letter for the full duration. Did it make any difference to my workout strength, recovery, endurance etc? In a word… no. Could there have been some underlying benefit at play that was not as obvious to me? Perhaps, but if there was it would have been imperceptible.The pills are the usual capsule form factor but in the larger size - as shown in the photo. I have no issues swallowing them but anyone who struggles with capsule pills larger than the standard size might have issues.I noticed no adverse side effects or mood changes.If you happen to be of the biological and chemical make-up that shows some kind of response to this supplement, then you might do well on these. For me, there was zero perceptible effect.
