I love this thing, I wish it had existed when I was in school. This was my first one so I don't have anything to compare it too, but I think I made a good choice judging from what I read about some of the others.No carrying case, but it comes in a nice thick little cardboard box and some foam holding it place, similar to one you might get jewelry in.My favorite part is the Roll side. It's a silver trackball that rolls effortlessly and clicks. It flows well next to the gears, which also roll without resistance.The "Clicky" side is five squishy rubber buttons, three of which click, and two just squishy.The Spin side is a little turntable that rotates, also without resistance.The "Worry Stone" is the blank side with a smooth concave pit to rub your thumb in, which feels nice against the satiny smooth plastic these are made with.The biggest feature is the joystick. Mine didn't have the pictured black gear graphic shown in the picture, but that's fine with me since I suspect it would've rubbed off before long. The joystick moves the same as game controller's would, but it is hard plastic (not rubbery) and it does not click.The only part that let me down a bit with this cube is that the Flip switch part clicks very loud. I can stand it alone, but I know it bugs other people (depending on how quiet the room is otherwise).Edit: After a few days the joystick has started to work up some resistance and get stuck. A tiny drop of WD-40 at the base will fix it good as new.

The last fidget cube i purchased, also my first, was of poor quality. I let my tot play with it and he tossed it up and it jammed the switch toggle. So i ordered this one and the mechanics of this one is probably five times smoother than the first cheap one i bought. The first one the spin disc almost wouldnt move at all. It was useless. The ball was a little better but this one is so free moving it's amazing.Bottom line if you want the good quality fidget cube thats actually ergonomically functional this is it. You will be satisfied.

I purchased this fidget cube as well as two other fidget toys after I found myself repeatedly playing with paper clips, to the point of breaking them, at work. Now these cubes aren't bad. I feel the quality is fantastic and it provides numerous fidget options (this is a positive and negative for me - sometimes all the options are overwhelming). That said out of the three fidget toys I purchased, this one is used the least. I find the design (both size and shape) a bit cumbersome at times, and with all of the fidget options so close together, it's easy to accidentally use part of the cube without meaning to. In instances where you're trying to stay quiet so you don't disrupt coworkers, it can be a bit of a problem.Rating this was tough. I wish we could could give half stars because I certainly don't think this is a mere three, but I don't feel it's quite a four.

There's something oddly satisfying about playing with one of these. A coworker got one and I was such a fan I got my own. I don't suffer from anxiety or extreme lack of focus, but it's definitely nice to have around if you're just a fidgeter by nature, which I am.

This must have been a hit. I bought it for my youngest daughter, however it disappeared right after she set it down. It was later found in my oldest daughter's purse. Needless to say I guess I should buy another one.

We bought these as party favors for my daughter's 13th birthday party. She loves it. I'm sure the girls will too. If all the girls don't show up, I will have one for myself...hahahaha

So, this is a really cool little item. I use it to keep my hands away from picking at my face and it has helped me with that quite a lot. Plus, they come in such a variety of colors it's easy to choose for a variety of people.

My daughter had this for a week before the game controller part broke off while she was playing with it! She wasn’t even being rough with it because none of her other cubes are broken!!
