Great quality, well built, sturdy, unlike a lot of others where the blade can bend. Blade is also a little wider than most others, who skimp on width. We use it for capping honey and it works wonderfully! Good value for money and easy to use on grapefruit!

I bought this item and the grapefruit spoon .I like the knife but find I use the spoon more..Just my preference. I have arthritis in my hands the spoon seems easier for me.The quality of the knife is very good

I received this in time to cut some grapefruit. Iused another knife to cut the grapefruit in half and cut away the outer skin. I then started using this new serrated-edge curved knife to remove the fruit from the sections. It was sharp and separated the fruit from the inedible white skins and sections. It went quickly and easily. The curved section was just right. These were large grapefruits, almost one pound each. I was able toget a maximum amount of fruit andsaved most of the juice. It worked out great as I hoped it would, and I definitely recommend it to others.

For me the blade was too long, making it difficult to trim around each section of the grapefruit
