Not Sure Yet?!
Not Sure if I have had any weight loss yet, I have noticed that my appetite has been curbed, and another strange thing is that my skin has look better since taking it. I've only had it for 1 month, I will probably do a month or so more.

Highly recommend.
I eat a lot of starches and carbs naturally in my diet and wanted something to help me keep the weight off. Have not changed my diet or exercise and have actually dropped a couple pounds. Highly recommend.
