I like the way they taper and fit my hands (womens glove size large) and the feel in the water of a more powerful stroke. The smaller size and holes in the palms make them better for beginner strength building. Hand straps are secure and non-binding. They don't fall off. I've been using them for months now. Very durable.

There is a sleeve for my middle finger and 2 straps that cross my hand. These hold the paddles on securely. The first one is easy to get on but with that hand restrained by the paddle, it is slightly difficult to put the 2nd one on.They do a good job helping me swim and provide considerable more propulsion than my bare hands.Because the paddle straps hold my hands snuggly to the paddle, my fingers get a bit sore. I am limiting their use to 500 yards per day and hope my fingers toughen up.

These paddles are well made and effective. They fit well and I like the nylon material. I'm hoping the bands will hold up to my daily use. Not sure as they are fastened with a knot. They fit my above average hand.

Not comfortable

I use these for my lap swimming and they work well. I notice the resistance they create and they provide a nice alternative for arm exercises.

Fits Perfectly in the hand, not too small and not too big, although after 1 km or so of swimming need to take it out.
