Comfortable and easy to unpack
I've been buying Serta memory foam mattresses in boxes for a few years now and I love them. They are easy to unpack and unroll, quickly expand to size, and comfortable to sleep on.

Not very firm
Okay back support but not supportive for sleeping on my side.

I'm not sure its as good as a real store bought full size mattress but it sure is close.
Bought this since I started using my old mattress for my Airbnb. Its closer to firm than soft which is what I prefer. I have slatted metal bedframe and I can't feel the slats under the mattress which is a good thing. With a weaker mattress you would be able to feel the individual slats.

Not the most comfortable. Notice the only reviews showing are 5 star.
We plan to return ours. It feels very dense and is not as comfortable as other foam mattresses we have purchased. I would not recommend this one for the price. I also think it is off all of the less than 5 star reviews have been removed.
