something inside broke but great customer service
There is something rattling inside the machine. this happened just after the 30-day amazon return policy. Not happy about this as it has only been used a couple of times.*Update* they reached out to me to help resolve the issue. I was very satisfied with the Customer Service and changed the rating from a 2 * to a 4*. had the defective item not been an issue i would have given this a 5*.I do strongly recommend buying from this seller as they are trustworthy and will do what they can for your satisfaction.

Did not work on delivery. Contacted company and they refunded. Good customer service

Did not work - no on/off switch
Does not work . Cheaply made with no on/off switch. Plugged it in and the light never turns red. Suggestion to manufacturer. When marketing in a different country, invest in a translator who knows the language. The directions are difficult to read.

Works great, sealed about 90 mylar bags in a single use. Used to seal about a 1000 total bags.
