Great Product
I’ve been taking these gummies for a while now, because I’ve had insomnia for a very long time so I thought what would it hurt. Usually just one 3mg melatonin makes me groggy the next morning but natures made sleep and recovery makes it easier for me to fall asleep, stay asleep and so much easier for me to wake up the next morning feeling rested and refreshed.

The perfect blend for better rest
I work second and third shift. A medical professional recommended that I take melatonin to help regulate after overnight shifts. In addition to 3 mg melatonin (which is just enough), it has L-theanine and magnesium that are great for reducing stress and aiding in relaxation. A couple of these delicious gummies an hour before bed help to settle both my mind and body without the any grogginess. It’s become a staple supplement. With only 3 mg, melatonin it’s perfect to help my children get better sleep.

Not Very Tasty
I like these 3 mg with added calming herbs. Work great. However, I’ve had another brand with same ingredients that tasted much better. These really don’t taste good at all, and they’re a little hard. The other brand tasted good and were much softer, easier to take if needed in the middle of the night. Too much Melatonin gives me a terrific headache; beware of that when you give it to children who can’t tell you. I personally think it shouldn’t be given to kids.

These work! I have tried so many and finally found one that works!
These work! I’ve had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep for 20+ years. I’ve had sleep studies which resulted in a diagnoses of restless legs, insomnia, etc… I could never get into the REM cycle so, I wake up many times a night and never get restful sleep. I’ve tried different prescription sleep medications but, they knock me out for so long and I wake up tired and groggy so, I won’t take them. I’m so glad I found these. I just got a subscription so I won’t run out. I sleep through the night and wake up refreshed. No grogginess and my restless legs don’t wake me up. Godsend!

Damaged Goods!
Unfortunately my gummies came in damaged and opened in the process! This is not acceptable! I would like a replacement asap!

Hard texture
They're okay, they have a hard rubber texture and they don't really work for me because I still wake up in the middle of the night.
