Amazingly fast scooter. The torque on it it's really a thing of beauty if you're into that type of thing. I've ridden it probably a total of 500 hours maybe (wouldn't it non-stop since I got it) and every time I have all the gears on high it gives me an adrenaline rush every single time. This suspension does its job but I'm in the process of upgrading it but the suspension for regular zero X10's do not fit this model for whatever reason. I have it in pieces right now cuz I ordered one off Amazon that all the reviews said fit 0x10 is great but not the case with this model. Been trying to get in contact with customer service and so far it's been a strike strike. Speaking of customer service they said the scooter was going to take up to 3 weeks to get but to my surprise it was here in 3 days! I'm in central California so your mileage may vary, but I thought that was pretty awesome. Also it stated that it comes with two chargers mine in fact only came with one charger. I contacted customer service and they said they would send one out right away. Unfortunately that was almost a week ago and still nothing yet so I will update this as soon as I get the second charger and I will also update the ratings to five stars. For the money though this really is a fabulous scooter they sell on AliExpress and you can screw around with that and have the shipping take a month and there's a million different places selling it and when it comes down to it it's more money at the end when it's time to check out then it is just ordering it off good old Amazon with your 30-day return policy that you're used to and everything else so this is the way to go. Unless of course they don't get back to me on the charger then that says something about the company that we're doing business with and that would be a shame because everything else has been really good so far. Just buy it. I'm glad I did it's probably by far the funnest thing that I own. EDIT: 2nd charger came. 5 stars. Buy one

I enjoyed the scooter through 2022 summer, put it away in tempertature controlled storage for the winter. Just brought it out April 2023, and battery will not hold a charge. Once I put on the scooter, I can see the battery charge racing down to zero. This is dead weight right now. I don't know where or how to replace the battery.*Updated*So Tifgalop reached out to me and offered me a free battery and shipped it to me at no expense. I got it in about a week, installed it on the Scooter, and it is back working again. Thank to the support team at Tifgalop, I appreciate it.I Recommend this scooter to anyone looking to get one. 5Stars.

Very happy with this purchase. At first, I thought it was expensive but after doing research these specifications and features are fairly priced. This scooter is very much worth it, great value! It’s so fast and does not slow down going up hills. It’s hard for me to go faster than 40-50 mph, it just keeps going! I have been riding it through NYC streets and gets me to my destinations much quicker than expected, suspension works well for me. The scooter was received in less than a week. Great range per charge, charges fairly quickly. Customer service has been great answering all my questions and has been helpful. I am considering purchasing a second one. Friends and family have been asking where I purchased it as they love it also. Please wear a helmet and some eye protection because you will go fast! 😊

I’m not gonna lie I had this scooter for about a month already and want to return it back already it’s to heavy and doesn’t even go that fast it may say you’re going 40+ mph but your really going like 20-30 and it breaks easily, I wouldn’t prefer this scooter to anyone but it is a cool looking scooter got a lot of compliments but the scooter itself not worth it.

Battery will last maximum 25 miles speed is good and tires not durable
