Easy, Consistant and Good
This was my third package of Mancakes. If you mix them properly (I use a wisk), they make light pancakes that are really good.If you are avoiding sugar, make your own strawberry or blueberry topping. You just put the fruit in a small saucepan, add a little water and Stevia to taste. Mash the berries and stir a few minutes. Perfect. Healthy pancakes and healthy fruit topping. They are especially good with butter and sugar free syrup, too. If you are going natural and are not worried about calories or sugar, then use real Maple Syrup. Either way, they really are good and they look and taste like pancakes. They are a staple for me.

Quite good. We made pancakes and waffles
If you are looking to get a little more protein in your pancakes this is a tasty option. They make a great pancake and we also used it to make waffles. There's no odd taste. You wouldn't even guess is was a special flour. We like this mix a lot.

I recommend adding vanilla to your batch as this mix has little to no flavor. The texture is more crepe like, but okay. I'm still playing with it a little to get as close to a buttermilk texture as possible. I have a great recipe for greek yogurt pancakes and may use this mix as part of the flour. Still experimenting to find the right, healthy mix!

Taste ok
Its not bad for whey pancakes. Of course they don't taste like IHOP pancakes, but with a little butter and honey, it tastes good to me.

Horrible
Horrible taste. I bought this product after having had about time protein pancakes, figured I give this a try but there's a very weird taste to this product and I couldn't even finish it. Will not be buying this again and upset to spend 23$ bucks to toss away!

It's the perfect way to start your day
This mix is absolutely delicious, and I honestly prefer it to regular pancake mix. It's the perfect way to start your day...near equal amounts of protein and carbohydrates, gluten free, low in sugar content...what more could you ask for? I have bought this product multiple times and will continue to do so! The cinnamon oat flavor is good too!

Picky eater here. Have no fear!
So I don't stock butter, syrup or chocolate chips... and these still taste great plain! I never thought I'd eat pancakes again because I was always turned off by the lack of protein and abundance of bleh carbs. Brings me back to my childhood days haha... Don't be turned off by the ingredients; I promise you'll enjoy these! I'm really impressed.I mix whole milk with the powder (1:1 ratio, in case you don't read the label), and they definitely satisfy after a rough morning workout. I'm about to make some more this morning, but I bought some bittersweet chocolate chips to cheat from time to time :). FYI, I consume about 1.5-2 servings in the mornings (.75-1cup of powder, milk)... but I do eat a lot, so perhaps 1 serving is enough for the person with a normal appetite. Hope this helps!Edit: Also, I love the no GMOs dedication and being able to pronounce the ingredients unlike a lot of other exercise food/shakes/supplements...

Excellent product - makes great waffles - a tad expensive, but I keep buying
We love these Mancakes in our house. We use this mix to make waffles and I make the entire package into one large batch at one time. I put the finished waffles in the freezer and simply heat in the toaster when ready to eat. Admittedly the waffles taste a bit better when they're hot and fresh out of the waffle iron, but they're still pretty darn good reheated and it's well worth the convenience! The way it works out with my setup is that each waffle is about 1/2 serving. That makes each one about 145 calories and 10-11g of protein so I either have one of these with something else, or just have two of these for a complete serving. These have become a staple for our household and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. The only reason I held off on the 5 star rating is the price. This package is expensive! At sub-$20 it would be a 5-star rating for me.
