The Savage Sword of Conan Volume 12 Paperback – November 27, 2012

One of my classic favorites. The stories of Conan have resonated with me for my entire life. This volume does not disappoint! It reprints many great Conan tails in an easy to read format. Also great if you don't want to damage your originals while traveling (this is my travel compendium of Conan reprints...)

Great reprints of the classic Savage Sword era. I missed a lot of the individual magazine when they came out back in the 80's so it's great to get a compilation of several issues in a single book. Love to have the complete run of these.

This turned out to be something that I have really enjoyed and know others would like it just as I have.Reading Conan at any time is a treat for the eyes and mind. I have every volume so far in this collection. That tells you something.This trade/graphic novel is one that I'll read more than once. It will be staying in my collection always.

As a CONAN fan it is a pleasure to be able to read this old time magazine which I never collected back then. Each volume is packed with many issues for the price, which is excellent!

This Savage Sword of Conan series are SOOOOOOO INTENSE that I can't WAIT to get home and read more!!! I sometimes end up reading a WHOLE book within HOURS!! They're THAT intense!

Loved the artwork. I will buy "Savage sword of Conan" and "Chronicles of Conan" but not "King Conan" any more.

This is a wonderful way to go down memory lane without the pages getting torn and ripped. All in a compact book.

Must have collection, buy and you'll never regret. For the hardcore old school comics collectors. The size of the book a bit shrinked compared with the original magazines, but it is the only way to get the whole collection at stores for the moment.

I bought this volume 12 as it was at a decent price on Amazon lately. This huge paperback has all the savage sword of Conan magazine stories in order, published volume wise.Around 500 pages of black and white art.The art is a little more large and depicts more flexibility in look as compared to the very early issues art which was more detailed n meticulously done.The paper quality and cover is also a little thicker than early volumes.A lot of popular artists and writers have lend their talents to Conan history over the years .As for the stories ..its your same non-friendly Barbarian cursing , fighting and killing all the way with sometimes helping those in need..
