Quality product
Good value for the quality. Received it very quick as well.

Seem well constructed and of good quality.
I needed to replace some bathroom sink valves, and when I went to turn off the under-sink shutoff valves I found the shutoff valves to leak badly from their shaft packing. I decided to replace the shutoff valves and ordered these right-angle 1/4 turn stopcocks. I found these to be well constructed and of good quality. Installed without any difficulty and when the system was re-pressurized, they worked like a champ, no leaks, and good flow rate when opened.

Nice valve, but see warning
This is a decent valve. More and more often I end up buying hardware from Amazon because the pricing is the same, it's delivered to your door, and you get to skip the "moron-athon" at your local hardware store. However, I am giving you a WARNING that may save you some grief. If you are replacing 25 year old multi-turn valves with these, even though the size is the same...they are NOT. Internally, the size of the ferrule and dimensions required to seal are different. Here is what will happen: you'll pull off your old valve and discover you can't get the ferrule off. Out of desperation, you'll try to reuse the old ferrule and it will leak. My suggestion is to buy a 1/2 inch compression sleeve puller BEFORE YOU START. These can be had on Amazon for 11 or 12 bucks with free delivery. Also, just to be prepared for the worst, get yourself a foot of 1/2 inch copper pipe and a couple of sweat fittings. My valves were fine, I was just replacing them because they're old and the sink and faucet were getting replaced. My point is that you could go from no leak to a (potentially) serious leak, just by not being prepared. I'm shutting up now, just trying to save somebody an emergency trip to the hardware store (which I did not enjoy)...:)

Easy to install and they work great - I recommend them.
I used the quarter turn valve to replace the Brass Craft gasket style valves that were originally installed under my Kitchen sink for the hot and cold water and the dishwasher. I used Brass Craft because they would fit the already installed compression ring and lockdown nut. The valves are easy to install, even if you removed the existing compression ring and put on a new one. It only took a few minutes per valve. They don't leak and they completely cut off the flow of water to the faucet and the dishwasher. They do everything they are supposed to do. I'm not a plumber but I am an electromechanical tech, well I used to be a long time ago. It didn't require any special skills to install the valves and I believe most novices could do it. I recommend the valves and if you're replacing 12 year old gasket style Brass Craft valves, you're making the right choice by using these since you can use the existing compression ring and lockdown nut.

Quality Part
This item is so much better than the items available locally. Most of them have plastic parts inside. They just don’t last. Especially when used on the hot water side.

IT's a water valve, but looks so much better and works better than the original I replaced!
OK it's just a valve right. But what I like is it looks so much better than the original I replaced, and it turns off completely with just a quarter turn. Installation was quick and easy (10 minutes max) and when I used a SS connector it really made the whole thing look much better than the OEM stuff. A cheap, easy fix to a valve that would not shut off completely. The original would not turn off completely, it was 20 years old and had grit in it. So I shut the water off at the pump to the house, let the pressure drain out, and then changed the valve out. Really easy with nothing more than a couple of wrenches. Took all of 10 minutes to do once the water was off and drained.

Excellent quality and relatively easy to install.
Excellent quality and relatively easy to install. Be sure to have a compression ring puller on hand though!
