Absolutely outstanding dates. Super moist, delicious, meaty, and large. I’ve been eating dates for most of my life and finally I can say I’ve found superior quality dates again. These dates remind me of the supreme quality dates that I used to get from the date farms 25+ years ago. The color, firmness, and freshness are outstanding as well. They aren’t inexpensive, but they are worth it. Definitely a superior product that is a recommend to anyone who loves quality dates.

These dates are THE BEST EVER! This is my 4th bag and all have been excellent. They are not dry or hard but are super soft and have a caramel flavor that is outstanding! If you keep the bag sealed tightly the last ones in the bag are just as good as the first ones. Compared to others I have had these are definitely work the money!!

Very fresh and very tasty, always great quality from Anna and Sarah. Other Medjool Dates can’t compare to these. Plump, juicy, sweet and fresh. We couldn’t ask for any better. As usual, above and beyond what we expected.

I've been buying 11lb boxed of del real dates from California for years. Best dates ever but take a week or so for processing and shipping. These appear almost as good, same price per pound, so it's nice to have a quick source for 5lb bags of good quality dates. They aren't as sweet as delReal however so these won't be my main source. 4 stars due to that Time will tell on consistency so I'll modify my review if these prove to be inconsistent over time. DelRealmedjools Dot com was one hundred percent great every time, sweet, quality. If you're not familiar with them, check them out. Because I'm an expert on dating, after all.

I live in a part of Brooklyn where dates are in every other corner store but not organic. Non the less I have eaten MANY a date. I was turned onto dates after a store owner said his great grandmother survived a famine in his country just eating 2 dates and milk each day. I recommend these dates. They are extremely moist and have a great texture and flavor. These ones are very rich and sweet so you feel satisfied after eating only a couple so I expect my bag to last.

We have been buying dates in small packages from our co op, online in bulk, Costco dates etc. these are THE BEST dates in bulk for your investment, we get the 5 lb bag. They are organic, the bag is extremely full, so not just added air etc. The dates are very large, moist, chewy and soft. They are easy to remove the pit by hand because of the quality of the dates themselves and how soft they are. They come ready to eat, use in recipes or store in the fridge for long lasting! We are a sugar proofed home, as in no added processed sugars and these dates allow us to have DELICIOUS homemade cacao brownie bites (cacao powder, cacao nibs, walnuts & dates) easy recipe all in a food processor. Yum yum!

Well I gave these large, organic Medjool dates only a 3-star rating because they came in hard, dried and as if they are years old. They MAY NOT be, but, they definitely seem like very old, hardened, dried-out dates based on my own date-storage experiences. I read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from this seller-product brand name: "Anna and Sarah" 's because the price was one of the most economical prices compared to other dates suppliers on Amazon, as well as the prices of Large, Organic, Medjools that I get fresh from our local area "Fresh Market" store where I live (those are always very, soft and moist; NOT hard nor dried-out as these are). One of the reviewers had said this exact same thing: that the price was good, but to be warned that they were hard & dried-out, as if they were NOT fresh, but old or outdated. I thought to myself, oh well, the price is so good, how bad could they be, maybe they just got a little dried-out & hardened from being exposed to very cold temperatures, also, I thought to myself: it can easily be fixed by either: soaking them in some warm water a few minutes before consuming, or perhaps by storing the bag of them in a warm environment or room. Well, the reviewer was right 100%, but, I took the risk ,so I can't really complain--I HAD been "warned", none-the-less, they STILL taste sweet and good for cooking or other recipes. I see why the price is so low now--perhaps they ARE old, despite the fact that on the bag it says: good thru next year--same month, which: heck, I guess really does not mean anything, if we believe everything we read, anything can be incorrect, or a mere opinion. It does not signify how OLD these dates actually are...It simply is what a company CHOOSES to suggest as an expiration date for something that typically doesn't pose any health-risks to consume-for its age, but, just may not be as soft & moist, nor as fresh a product as if it were not so old. No too mad, but, not the BEST fresh dates as if I HAD went ahead and paid the higher price for those SOFT, moist fresh ones at our local market. I guess IF I ONLY wanted to use them ALL for making recipes, I would buy these again, but, mostly I bought them to snack on, right out of the bag, or to pack in my purse and gym bags for ON-THE-GO snacking.
