Good product, good value.
When I bought this knife, I was searching for a knife that can never be dull. I came across this one. It looked like a good value, so I bought it. It's light weight, easy to use. I use it to cut almost anything, but mostly fruits and vegetables. It's been a few weeks and it's still pretty sharp, but it's not a serrated knife, so I 'm not sure how long the sharpness will last, but so far so good.

A Lightweight but Sharp Knife
The knife is smaller than the picture makes it appear. The blade is about 5" and about 91/2"overall - more the size of a boning knife. The handle is OK but could be a bit larger. Overallthe knife is very light but the blade is fairly rigid. Depending on what you are looking for eachof these could be good or bad features.Having said that, the knife is very sharp on arrival - not razor sharp but shape. With a fewswipes on a steel and a few more on my strop this knife really now has a razor sharp edge.It appears to hold the edge reasonably well given the few tests I used.Given the price this is s really good deal.T. It's a great, sharp knife
It's a great, sharp knife. My mom loved her so I ordered more for her and her sisters and one for myself. It is my new favorite knife. I can cut the rind off of an orange with precision or slice things in thin slices. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of 5 is because of the holes. I'm sure it's for a reason but when I chop vegetables, I cannot use the knife to scoop them off of the board to put in the pan because they fall through the hole! Not all, but it bothers me. Also, the knife's sharpness is a little intimidating. I have to use it, and wash it, with a little extra caution.

Liked it enough to buy another one at a local ...
Very sharp and cuts through most roasts and tough foods adequately. Might be a little too light for cutting up a whole chicken, etc. Liked it enough to buy another one at a local store.

Good product
The knife is a good weight, also it is 6 inches long not 8, however I think the 6 inches is better anyway so even better

Light weight
It is light weight since I used it to cut meat a lot and it did not stay as sharp as it was new as I expected.

Simple, but utilitarian.
I love this simple knife. I can use it to stir as well as cut because of the holes in the blade. It is simple and it wont be a problem to leave behind. Perfect for me.

It's a decent knife.
It has stayed shar thus far and cuts well. It's not good for spreading mayo though, otherwise a good utility knife.
