Worth it

This machine worked fine for a month but then started making strange noises and emitting a burning smell. When we switched it on again, there was a small fire—completely unacceptable and a major safety risk. Poor durability and unreliable performance. I do not recommend this product.

I ordered this for an outside job I needed done straight away. I was not disappointed. It had great suction and anything that could fit, got sucked up and into the chamber, including fairly large pieces of cement. I had it running, almost continuously for 30 to 45 minutes and it didn’t overheat. I also love how there are so many places to put the different attachments on the body. I’ve only had it for one day so, hopefully it keeps performing for a long time.

We reside in the Middle East, where rain is rare, yet we recently experienced three storms in quick succession. This product is excellent if you still have electricity, as it can remove a lot of water quickly. We faced moderate flooding, and while it performed well, it may not suffice for severe flooding, especially if you are on the ground floor.
