High Frequency Darsonval Professional Machine - 10 Electrodes - 7 Argon and 3 Neon

I hate having to return items as whoever packaged them did not check to make sure that all the parts, including the directions were included in the package. I attempted to use it today only to find that there was absolutely no way to put in /insert the attachments so that I can use it. Seems to have a part missing that would have in the glass attachments. Very disappointed in product. Now I have to take the time to send it back, pay for shipping back and wait for a refund.The company did not acknowledge receiving the package after I spent almost 14.00 to send it back to them. I had to figure out how to contact them through amazon. They sent me back an email telling me that "Hello,We check the item that came back and it appears that all parts are in place and there is no defect.We believe that what happens is - you assumed that electrode should go just a little inside the time, however it is not the case.You need to apply just a little pressure and to insert it - inside tight fit socket - electrodes fit snugly so that glass does not.Please insert them all the way in when using attachments and everything will be just fine.You should be receiving package shortly .Thank you."As of today 7/31/2018 I do not have the package nor a refund. Horrible service!Waste of time and money and added aggravation.

I used this no more than 15 times when the metal tip on one of the electrodes lodged inside the wand and prevented further use. The company did not offer to replace or repair. This product was a waste of money and a disappointment.

Having researched D'Arsonal products I went with this one. I wish I had heeded another reviewer's warning. I think I received THAT return. This product was obviously used (Inspected stickers and one wand dirty). Worse yet, it actually hurt when I tried to use it with one of the clean wands on the lowest setting. Now I learn I may not be able to return it due to the gasses???? Very displeased with this purchase.

Stronger and more perceptible than the units with the built-in power supply. The drawback with this unit, though, is that, though the argon and neon glass electrodes come with their own small plastic cases, the unit, as a whole, isn't supplied with a case but comes with a flimsy cardboard box. Perhaps it's because the external power supply is a bit heavy and, if it rolled around in transit, it could expose the fragile glass electrodes to the risk of breakage.So, what I've done is to purchase a metal case on Amazon in which to enclose the electrodes, the device and the power supply. I've also bought a rectangular piece of foam rubber in which I'm cutting holes-to-size in which to fit each of the components and a convoluted (egg crate-like) piece of foam rubber to apply light pressure from within the upper part of the metal case, to keep all the components in place and prevent them from shifting while the device is being carried around in its caseThe manufacturer could have made it much more convenient and considerable less expensive by supplying a case with foam, form-fitted cutout spots in which to house all the components. Hopefully, they'll read my review and eventually come around to doing that.
