Good value
Bought this as my old one was heating the container not the food. This is a good micro with easy to use digital settings. Really good quality and adjustable timer and other settings. It’s nice and compact so it doesn’t take up too much room. I spent ages looking for the right one and I found it. Definitely a good purchase

Poor quality item and poor customer service
Microwave glass got damaged from inside after few months of use. Poor quality product and poor Beko customer service. Attempts to contact Beko customer service failed, no one picks phone. There is no point in giving one year warranty if can’t facilitate.

Happiness at a Touch !
Value for money. I can defrost frozen foods and it’s ready to cook in my time. I am able to clean the microwave so easy and quickly. It has its own space in the kitchen. I am A very happy lady!
