Sofa arrived lovely and well packaged. Easy to put together. Lovely and sturdy and well made especially for the price. It came as expected and described. The pull Out bed is great for movie nights with the family. And the large storage compartment is great also! No tracking available as it’s a self delivered item which means the company deliver themselves. Delivery driver was lovely and good at keeping us updated on the day of delivery. Seller phoned us the day before to choose our delivery day. Very comfortable. I don’t understand how people have had issues with this sofa? I’ve seen quite a few bad reviews on this and the service and I can’t agree with any of that.

Delivery was earlier than expected, easy to assemble, very high quality and very comfortable as well. I mistakenly ordered for the wrong facing but either way it fits perfectly in my space. This sofa is more worthy of the price. My family and I love this.

Very happy with sofa looks great exactly what on picture. Very disappointed with delivery guys they charge me £20 to get on 10 stairs in to the property even i help them still they charge me £20. They keep saying we not getting the sofa on 1st floor only on ground floor. First time inexperienced with delivery like this Cowboys

Overall it’s a really good quality sofa. Not only is it comfortable, it also adds a nice detail to the room. The one thing I wish I had known beforehand was that the backing wasn’t quite what I originally expected it to be, but that’s no major issue considering it can be fixed with pillows. It didn’t take too long to be delivered either in fact it actually came early. I have to add that the delivery drivers were incredibly helpful as well.

Sofa is extremely comfy, exactly what we wanted. Sturdy, great storage space too. It comes in 2 pieces which are quite heavy. We had to move it to the 2nd floor ourselves and we were unable to maneuver it though the stairs (as the sofa is massive). We had to get it through the garden. The only issue is customer service. There were issues with delivery, the delivery window was missed and at a point where I have asked for a refund, the sofa was promised to be delivered on a certain day. Delivery was just before midnight on that day. Right now I am still trying to contact the seller and I am being ignored.

Really easy to assemble, the quality is subpar to expectations. Don't expect to buy top shelf at this price point, but for the money it's great. It is the right amount of firmness. The functionality is great - offering storage and an extra bed if needed.
