I am a 64 yr old senior living in Florida so I take my short serious. For years I have been using UA almost exclusively and wear them about everywhere. The only complaint I have about the UA is the pockets arem't deep enough and my keys and wallet are falling out all the time and I have to be aware of that all the time. While looking through Amazon one rainy day I came across the Northyard shorts with zippered pockets and decided to give them a try knowing I can always send the back to Amazon if I didn't like them. Well, I didn't like them because I love them! Deeper pockets that completely fit my S21 with Otter Box case. Zipper pockets work great, they look great, they are lightweight, and the price is right for the nice quality. I ordered all three colors that they offer in the 9" shorts and I definately recommend...

Bought: 3xl 5inch inseam. Literally perfect fit and length for 5’11 heavier male. The pockets feel too shallow and narrow. I prefer to carry both wallet and keys in front right pocket and they don’t comfortably fit. Back right pocket is too close to the back inseam and makes putting wallet there uncomfortable/ harder to access. Easy stuff for them to improve on in the next generation. High quality shorts that I will buy more of for the price and fit.

I got these for my husband to wear at the gym. There are zippered pockets in the back and side, which are perfect for keeping his keys and wallet from falling out. I started out by ordering one pair to see how they fit, and he LOVES them, so I ordered more colors. He is super happy with these.

I will be ordering more of these for my husband! They hit him right above the knee. They are lightweight and perfect for the hit weather. He’s excited that he will be able to wear them to jump in the river if he wants as well. Great purchase!

My husband has been searching for shorts that are not basketball shorts and not golf shorts. He loves his pants he wears in the winter for walking and working out. But finding shorts of the same material has been difficult. These are it! Pockets, wicking, and soft material like his ankle pants.

I ended up sending these shorts back. Loved the feel of the fabric as well as the zippered pockets. Just too much material in the front of the shorts. My husband felt like the shorts were too bunchy and puffed out near the groin area. My husband is an XL size. We returned these with ease.

My husband is a runner and he absolutely loves these shorts. He likes the length (always likes his shorts a little longer) and the fact they are so light weight and have 3 zipper pockets. I did a lot of research before I got these for him, and I'm so glad I did. I HIGHLY recommend them and plan to buy more when he needs them! Good quality shorts!

Light, stretchy gym shorts. They are very comfortable to work out in as they dont rub against your legs. The only thing i dont like are the zippers that make taking out your phone a hassle. Get these shorts without them.
