We've eventually bought the entire Bindergarten series. The pictures and language are new from the first to the 101st reading - we all absolutely love this series. My son struggled with kindergarten (mild Autism) and reading how a teacher can be sick and a sub is in the class, the 100th day celebration, wild things that happen (events that disrupt their usual routine) are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to welcoming a child into the world of kinder. It's been great for my preK'er too to see what to expect and what may happen in kindergarten and to empathize with his brother when he did in fact have a sub, the 100th day, the Thanksgiving parade (untypical day).We've bought some of the books for friends of ours as well because we love this series so much!!!

Read this to my Pre-Kindergarten class when we celebrated 100 day! They absolutely loved it!

So many schools celebrate the 100th day now. This Is a fun story which reinforces counting to 100!

My kids love this series! As a kindergarten teacher, the Miss Bindergarten books are a staple! The kids think they are funny, too. This gave me great ideas for the 100thnday of school! although I'm not a parent, I could see how you would enjoy it no matter where you read it! Highly recommended!
