All 3 bottles functioned as it should. The tiny funnel is very useful. Great quality.

High Quality. Advertised Volume Off. Measurements & More in TL;DR of Review
TL;DR* Good sprayers!* Max fill is ~37ml, NOT 30ml per my measurements!* ~30ml advertised capacity is to about the first curve of the bottle as you go up.* Dispenses ~0.14ml per spray in my measurements.* Didn't break in testing, unlike many competing sprayers I evaluated.* Consider trimming the straws carefully to get an extra ml or so per bottle fill.Product Comparison:I've tested many different spray bottles, and so far, these are the best. The generally available 10ml brown glass bottles usually suffer from dangerous malfunctions of the sprayer that shoot a tiny plastic ring up the nose and have inconsistent spraying amounts. They often fail before a single full use of contents of the bottle is completed. Same with plastic bottles that use the same type of spray head, reusing plastic isn't the greatest. I cannot discern if these bottles use a single piece of formed plastic for the tip, or if the little plastic restrictor is installed from the inside and flush against a small lip. Either way, it's a better design than most other sprayers with a top installed press fit ring.I did not boil these glass bottles for sanitization, as my experience with cobalt glass containers like these, but not necessarily these, is that they tend to degrade and crack under the temperature changes. I also passed on baking sterilization for the same reason, although it tends to be gentler if you bring the bottles up to temp and down from temp slowly.Instead, I used an iodophor product that is common in the beverage industry for cleaning equipment, which I use on the plastic tops for all these anyway, and to my surprise, the plastic didn't pick up much iodine staining, which isn't the usual. That's another nice point. Rinsed with boiled and cooled water.Performance:The nasal spray pattern was very consistent. It seemed forceful at first, shooting quite far in a fine mist. These don't seem to sputter as much as most, shoot streams, or irregular sprays. That's a good thing in my assessment. Moreover, the actual experience was very pleasant, and did not feel remotely forceful due to the fine mist. The straw sat well in the bottle and was trimmed to a reasonable length to curl into the outside edge. The center of the bottom of the bottle is a little raised, so the last bit of liquid ends up around the side. I did feel like this could be improved on by precisely trimming the straw to wedge just in the side. Ensure you cut the straw at an angle and go a little bit at a time if you try this. If you cut it flat, it can roughly seal against the bottom edge and make sprays inconsistent. Still far better than most on the straw.Measurements and Method:I filled the bottle to the brim with water, and carefully attached the top, displacing as little water as possible. This is absolute max fill, and when I measured the remaining water, it came out to approximately 37ml, not 30ml. I measured 30ml into the bottle and the level is approximately one mm up from where the bottle starts curving towards the top. This measurement discrepancy seems normal with all of sprayers I evaluated. Keep this in mind. Using the max fill of ~37ml, I tested how many sprays I could get out of the bottle and ended up around ~270 sprays per bottle on average. That works out to ~0.137ml per spray. A couple of ml remained at the bottom after the sprayer got what it could, but that's normal.

Excellent
I bought some cheapo plastic bottles and they didn’t last very long before the sprayers failed. These are glass and much more durable and well-made. The supplied funnel is also nice.

They do what they are supposed to do
These are great! All work perfectly well. I am using them to spray colloidal silver into my nose because of a chronic tonsil issue. I really like these and I would purchase them again.

Good deal!
These nice little blue bottles are perfect for any type of nasal solution. I use one for saline spray, and I love that it's refillable. Very economical, sprays evenly, and doesn't leak.

Larger then expected
The spray bottles work great and are nice colors- no complaints. I thought it was going to be a bit smaller but that isn’t a product problem, that’s a measuring mistake.

Thin plastic, not the "thick glass" in the description
Description says "3 pcs thick glass made 1oz/30ml nasal bottles with non-porous, tasteless, and odorless qualities". It's thin, brittle plastic.

Great concept, bad design.
The geometry is out of alignment, the part you insert in your nose is too short, and so is the finger plungers
