Love this sign! I bought it to put in my bar I have at home and it looks great. Took a little while to get it but that was no big deal. It’s really well made and was easy for me to install. It’s very bright. I ordered mine with the dimmer kit and it works great. Very pleased with this product!

Beautiful and what I expected

I absolutely love my light! It came in a timely fashion and just in time for my graduation party. It lit up so beautifully and was just what I asked for! It came with so many interchangeable ways to connect it, remotes and even a chain to hang it. It also has holes in which I put clear string through it to hang it to make it more hidden. Absolutely love and recommend!

Great gift for teenagers.

Loved it!! The only down fall was that i ordered the heart a different color and it came the same color as name. So it doesnt stand out. Dont really want go through the trouble of returning it. Overall its great!

Vwry well made. Better than anticipated.My husband LOVES his sign. We have it in our living room. I love the many settings for brightness and fun flashing. My son wants one for his dorm room.

So far, so good item was received in a timely manner as promised. Product showed up with all pieces, intact, and working. I didn’t realize the cord for the dimmer remote separated in two separate areas, so I reached out to the seller and my experience was very positive. I was told the seller would get back to me in two days and the seller got back to me in less than one day and was very attentive and wanting to help. The seller asked for pictures so they could see if I was doing something wrong and said if a new remote was needed, they would send a replacement. As of now 10 out of 10 recommend but again I will update review in roughly 6 months to give an update. We will be wrapping up product safely and keeping it in a temperature controlled area and saving to give to our daughter for her birthday July 27th and at that point we will hang on her bedroom wall. I will give update after three months or so of use although I will say my daughter will be the type to only turn it on here and there and it won’t be put on for long periods of time so with what the seller says the battery life of this is as far as hours go we are expecting to get many years of enjoyment out of this. Again I will update at a later time to give a better idea.

I bought this sign for my business with custom wording. It is exactly what I was hoping. Good quality. They did send me a proof upon request. It also came on time.

I had some confusion in ordering the correct sign, so it ended up being smaller than I thought it would be.I was ok to use it anyways, but they insisted upon my satisfaction and sent a whole new sign at no cost.The sign(s) are both really nice. I'm an electrician, so I see a lot of different quality levels in lighting products. These are top notch.Also they arrived very quickly. I highly recommend if you're on the fence.

I like the product except for some of the backing being torn.

This turned out great!! Arrived quickly, and just as expected. I requested European plugs and they actually sent them, which was great. The only downside, i had to pay extra for duties but it was worth it! Ive had it about a week and it still works great for me.
