Great for a class
Works fine. Obviously not like a real stethoscope. But did the job when teaching fifth graders about the heart. Quick delivery. Had to put them together but was easy.

They would be great for pretend play situations
I found these to be ineffective. They would be great for pretend play situations, but to actually be able to hear a heartbeat and breath sounds I had to spend a little more for a version that had some metal parts.
