Chew one up, drink some water and get on with life. The taste isn't great but they aren't candy and shouldn't taste like candy.However, due to Amazon prime shipping taking a week I will be saving a buck a bottle buying them from Samsclub, added bonus they will get here sooner.

Terrible tasting, like horrible tasting where you can't stand to keep it in your mouth for the duration of time needed, and not only that leaves that awful taste in your mouth that no amount of rinsing and mouth wash will take away for a very very long time. It takes forever to dissolve and chew up and are giant elphant sized pills. I tried this product once and was so terrible and ordered a different product. After some time later I decided to give it another try in which I realized why I stuck it on shelf in first place. I threw it in trash where this product belongs. This has to be the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted.

I was hesitant to buy these after reading the reviews that said these pills tastes horrible but bought them assuming that they didn't actually taste that bad. I'm used to taking a lot of dietary supplements that ranged from pleasant to god-awfully horrendous in taste and didn't think these would be that bad at all. Well, I should have listened to the reviews because these are one of, of not the worst tasting pills I have had the displeasure of trying. The initial taste isn't bad but as soon as you start chewing it, that's where the taste catches you off guard. Imagine drinking the most artificially tasting toothpaste cough syurp and that will give you a slight idea to how awful these horse pills taste. As much as I wanted to spit this out and throw the bottle away, I choked the pill down to see if the benefits were worth the taste. After about an and eating half a lemon to get the awful taste out of my mouth, I noticably felt more energetic and my mind felt a little more clear. My heart also felt a little jumpy and I was a bit shaky for about 30 minutes but the negative effects wore off soon enough and I was left feeling pleasantly motivated. Would I recommend these? Yes, but only once in a while because the taste is so horrendous I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Otherwise, a very decent and beneficial supplement.

I bought these for my 6yo who has ADHD. She hates the flavor so much and it upsets her stomach 1st thing in the morning. Honestly, a sweet vanilla mint flavor is a weird combination.I decided to use them to give myself a little concentration/caffeine boost each morning - and I have to agree that the flavor is a bit weird, especially the 1st thing in the morning.Flavor aside -- the product does help you feel 'amped up' and 'focussed' for the day ahead.No side effects that I've found. No dependency or headaches when you stop taking it.

Good value but they are very large chewable tablets that taste horrible. I’m going to try my best to finish the bottle since I already bought it but I will pay more next time for nonchewables. I tried crushing it in a sandwich bag and adding the powder to a glass of water and that was far more palatable. I didn’t have the chalky stuff lingering in my teeth forcing me to continue tasting it.
