I sliced over 50 pounds of potatoes and it worked well. It had some flex to it where the slices weren't always consistent. Over all a good product.

Lots of functions but not very sturdy.

I've used this for cutting cucumber chips, shoestring fries, waffle fries, and just plain slices of stuff. It has a guard which is nice as i have a fear of cutting off a finger tip with one of these things, and honestly, I've just been throwing this fella in the dishwasher without issue. Just be sure to get the joints all dry for obvious mold reasons. The dials can be hard to turn for my arthritic hands, but the actual slicing is really easy.My only complaint is that my kitchen floor is constantly coated in oil since this let me make my own fries.

This product looked great at first, a do-it-all kind of device, but this thing is so poorly constructed that it creaks and groans as its being used. Little gaps in it designed for cleaning means that you can accidentally cut your fingers open if you grab it wrong too. 3 stitches later, I regret purchasing this gimmicky piece of plastic crap. The cut quality is terrible too, can't make waffle fries because the cut is either too shallow or too thick.

Love it! Easy to use and easy to clean! Works great! Glad I bought it! Highly recommend.

It's about average. Blades seem a little flimsy and thin. Some difficulty cleaning especially when grating carrots or cabbage. Food hides in the nooks and crannies. It's totally usable, just not the best.

This slicer cuts real well. I looked away for just a second and lost the tip end of my middle finger on my right hand. Happened a couple weeks ago and it is still so very painful. This was not the slicer's fault, it was mine for looking away, but please do not let children anywhere around this slicer and make sure adults in your family know how dangerous it can be if you aren't paying attention. It only takes a split second to lose part of your finger(s). It did not come with a saftey glove but I will be buying one before I ever use it again.

I bought this mandoline slicer as it appear to be compact, easy to clean and easy to use. 🔥 Hot damn! Where has this thing been all my life? Awesome tool! Sliced five onions for French onion soup in under three minutes. Blades are sharp, so take care not to run your fingers across them. Does not glide as well as I would like, but it gets the job done efficiently. Cannot speak to its durability, but for the casual chef I think it should hold up well.
