Happy with the soft wood trigger point massager. Haven't used it yet. But seems better by far than the tennis ball in a sock I've been using. Will update after using it a bit.

I use it mainly for my back for about 30 minutes before going to bed and it really relaxes me. I like the different sizes of balls and adjustment options. Also that it’s made of wood. The price is great too. Yes it hurts, but it’s a good pain.

This product can be used literally anywhere! I work a desk job, but also dance 4-5 nights a week so my upper body, hips and feet are a mess! Plantar fasciitis? No problem. Tight glutes, hip flexors and hamstrings? No problem either. Tight traps and cervical muscles? Also not a problem! I LOVE this tool! Can’t say enough good about it.

Works great! I sometimes have stiffness in my lower back due to an impingement between my hip and spine on the right side. Just lay on this for a good 5 to 10 minutes and it really relaxes that area and restores mobility.It fits great in a suitcase, just pack it, snug to one side and throw A few of the beads in there, too.

The only tool that feels better than my Husband’s fingers! He loves, that I love it, LOL. The best part is that you can play around with size of the ball according to need for the day/moment.
