No matter what spinner you look at you're gonna find bad reviews that give you red flags. And after winging it and giving it a go, I honestly believe that 98% of the reviews are human error or small mechanical issues that customer service easily resolves through reorder or reimbursement. I ordered a 4 cup turner, opened it, checked that it ran, and put it away for two weeks until I was ready to use it. The foam inserts are great. Most stable ones I've honestly found. I see reviews about the whole thing falling off but it comes with screws to mount the PVC and hold it together. It's very level. 0 noise. The first epoxy coating over glitter is almost as smooth as if it's the final coat. That has to do with human application and mechanical speed of the turner. It works better than the other 2 that I have. A lot of people don't realize that if one of the sides doesn't work it could have been a shipping issue where the connectors inside of the motor came loose as it did with a previous one I had and not the make of the item itself. Accidents happen. But I think finding a company that resolves the issue is also a big play in my review. Have a stable environment. No clutter in the way of plugs or around your turner. If you prefer foam inserts over these ones then use those, read the instructions, assemble correctly, and get going. Took it out and 3 minutes later I had it turning and 2 minutes later had the epoxy on and it's the most impressive turner I've owned aside from self made ones. 5 stars. Give it a try. If you don't like it, let them help you resolve the issue or return it.

The turner is sturdy and was easy to put together. Love the individual on/off switches for each cup. The issue is the foam inserts. They are the absolute worst inserts I've ever used. They do not hold shape, they are hard to work with, and if u try to customize the sizing, they stretch out and are useless. I'd suggest ordering regular foam inserts, as these are trash in my opinion.The machine itself is holding up well and is very sturdy. Not bad for the price.

To my single tumbler turner and makes it easy to do different projects at once. You’re able to control each spinner individually and it’s easy to remove the rod compare to my old tumbler turner

This cup turner works amazing. I can have it turn right or switch to left depending on what I need. It is easy to assemble I am use one turner or all for by turning on or off the switch. The foam inserts sometimes makes it hard to remove the cup. They can loose their shape which mean I either have to stick something around the foam to make them secure. All is all I am pleased with this cup turner
