Does not fit 98% of the Pro Line II Chairs. Be mindful of the part number of the chair and compare. Look for the Lorell headrests as the Pro Line chairs share the framework, not unlike GM cars like the Escalade and Suburban, very similar lots of interchangeable parts but not 100% compatible. The attachment points are spot on for the Lorrell chairs and the Pro Line II. The mesh patterns are slightly different but negligible. This headrest had an identical mesh but cannot be attached without drilling new holes and fabricating new hardware.
