My daughter and I heard such great reviews and we were excited to try this out. It’s got potential but if there is no release button, how do you switch out the heads without breaking it. Serious flaw and oversight of this design. It is super quiet and quite powerful but if you can’t change the heads out then it limits the use of this. Very unsatisfied customer. Please reach out and make it right... only then will I change my review.

I got this on a lightning deal so I figured the quality was going to be kind of cheap due to the very inexpensive price. Boy was I wrong. I’ve had cheap nail burnishers before and they kind of sucked, but I decided to take the gamble. I’m so glad I did I used this to give myself a great manicure, glue on tips and do at home gel nails and it worked so much better than I expected. I felt like I had some professional equipment. It took a few minutes to get the feel of it and get the hang of how to hold and use it because it was a lot stronger than others I’ve used in the past. Hopefully it has longevity as well. If not, I’ll update. But so far, I love it.

The drill is not a quality drill and I used the nail clippers and the blade slipped and cut my finger open.I tried to contact the company, but they never responded.I don't even want to give them one star.I purchase a lot of items and even when it is an issue where there is a discrepancy on my part I take responsibility.Amazon made an overnight correction for me and I love them as a company, but VERY disappointed with this!

I've recently started doing my own polygels at home and this drill really helps speed up the process of getting them on and taking them off. I mostly use it for refining and smoothing the edges of my nails and it works great for that. The drill speed and direction can be easily adjusted while you're working and it comes with a nice variety of drill heads, there's one for pretty much every use you could think of. I have a battery operated nail drill that I used to use and it's not even a fair comparison, this one is just miles better in terms of power and how easy it is to hold and use.Update - I noticed a couple weeks ago that the forward speed had slowed down and was having problems. If I applied it to my nail, it would stutter or get stuck in place. So I was exclusively using the drill in reverse since then, and just now, it gave out on me in the middle of removing my nails. It won't turn on at all. I was not hard on this drill and only used it every couple of months (I only do my nails for special occasions). I always gave it time to cool down between nails and didn't run it continuously for more than a minute or two. I'm disappointed this drill didn't last longer.

I really like this drill for my beginner self. It’s easy to hold and small and not too powerful for a beginner but don’t let that fool you because it is still a very powerful drill and does the job well. It has different power levels for even more control and comfort. It’s easy to maneuver around my nails. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the toggle/control portion does feel a bit flimsy and not sure how long it will hold up and secondly the instructions for each head is suuuuuper small and not really legible so if you’re a beginner like me there will be lots of googling for each one because there might as well not be any instructions with this one. Other than that I really like it so far and have used it 4 or 5 times now and it’s also portable with a usb plug instead of standard electric plug in as well so that’s a nice feature if you’re like me and move from the bedroom to living room to back porch or wherever the day takes you lol.
