I had a Pacific Coast pillow yrs ago that I loved. This is the 2nd one I have tried to replace it with. The first was ordered from the company. Didn't like it so I sent it back. Wished I would have kept it instead of the $18 credit for shipping I didn't get back. Ordered this one because of a $50 Amazon credit for opening a credit card. Hate it. It is crunchy and went completely flat the first night even after following instructions before using it. It will not be used.
