I have waited some time before writing this review as I wanted to see how the cloths held up over several months and multiple washes. I'm pleased to say that they have lasted brilliantly and I'd highly recommend them...with a couple of caveats. First of all, I don't think you'll find better quality bamboo face cloths than these. I have purchased many bamboo towels and face cloths in the past and these are easily one of, it not the best. They are strong, as soft as you can expect from bamboo fibre, well stitched and do not shed beyond one or two fibres when you first receive them i.e. before washing. They do not lose their shape at all. You just need to make sure you either lay them flat when wet or give them a shake and pull out any obvious creases. If you were to wring them out and leave them scrunched up, they would dry this way so if you don't want creases, bear this in mind. I have washed the cloths both by hand and in a washing machine and either way, they clean up perfectly. I have now washed and dried mine at least 4-5 times and they still look as good as new. I DON'T use fabric conditioner on them at all. I use very gentle, natural detergents (such as the 'Attitude' or Greenscents brands) and I might add a little vinegar to the conditioner drawer but don't feel I need to with these detergents. This leaves the cloths in perfect, non-scratchy, 'like new' condition. My one caveat is around expectations. These are not and never will be as soft as synthetic microfibre cloths (such as makeup eraser cloths or microfibre cleaning cloths) but they are much better for the environment, for waterways and wildlife and for your skin. The feel of these cloths is similar to a soft cotton flannel and as long as you expect this, I think you can't be unhappy with these. They are a natural fibre and will have some slight exfoliating quality to them when wet but as far as bamboo or cotton cloths go, these are still some of the softest I have felt. Overall, some of the best if not the best bamboo cloths I have tried (and I've tried a lot.) A handy size, neither too large nor too small and suitable for many different purposes used either dry or wet. Wash brilliantly too!

Really good quality and value for money. It’s a product we use everyday for our baby and even sometimes use for ourselves. They wash well and still are very soft.

These were such a good buy. My brother in law is disabled and has to have his mouth wiped on a regular basis. I found these to be soft and gentle enough on the skin. They wash up really well and have saved us so much money in tissues. I would highly recommend.

Good amount nice and soft but had to stitch one as it had a hole but usable, price is fair. They are small compared to a proper face flannel but not bulky. No lint problem. Comes with storage bag.

I ordered this item as my hand towels which i dry my face in were becoming grubby and i felt were adding to the spots on my face. Was pleasantly surprised when it came nice drawstring bag of good quality and the face towels are so soft. I’ve washed them already on 30 degree cycle and they came up lovely. Really happy.

I had jiminy Cricket stab me in the shoulder for the 100th time whilst using a large cotton pad when removing my makeup one day and decided i needed to do something about my use of one-use products. So i decided to look for re-usable face cloths. I very specifically didnt want something like a 'flannel' as i wanted enough to use one per day and wash them at the end of a week in with the towels wash and normal flannels were going to be a little on the large side. I looked hard for a while as everything i came across seemed to be micro fiber and whilst these are ok in some situations, i find them a strange sensation on my face and they almost 'stick' which just annoys me! I also was trying to avoid the thicker edging that you see on most flannels. When i found these i was over the moon. They are square with rounded corners, stitched lightly around the edges and thin but not cheap. And they came in a huge pack, in a canvas bag. I pop all 25 into a wicker basket in my bathroom, use one per night when removing my makeup then throw it into the canvas bag so as not to transfer any makeup on to clothes in the laundry basket, then they are all thrown in to the towels wash at the weekend. They have washed really well and always come out soft and fluffy with no 'bits' of terry towelling breaking away from the cloth itself even from the first use. I do use softener with these, as terry can be a little coarse, but they have remained really absorbent. I would purchase again, however with this bumper pack of 25, even if we are late with washing them, i have plenty more to keep me going. would 100% recommend for faces, and baby bottoms alike :)
