Finishes off my project admirably. Remember to seal the contact area with silicone to prevent ingress of water particularly if the area is uneven.

Simple but effective
I mounted two these to the top of my van. I ran the solar wires through one and a 5G antenna wire and Starlink ethernet wire through the other. I started by using some putty tape to make the initial seal followed by lap sealant after to create a true waterproof seal. Overall I was very happy with how they installed and they seem to keep water out well.

Im extremely happy with how those turned out. I wish I bought those before for my previous jobs where I had to pass wires thru the hull.

Waterproof and easy to install
I used these to install solar power in my camper. They allow a waterproof (or resistant as I haven’t submerged my camper, not yet anyway). After installing the power wires, which is super easy, I filled the remaining inner cavity with silicon, then added butyl tape under the flange before screwing to the roof. They didn’t crack or break on installation. Good price and performance. Would recommend.
