This planner has really helped me plan and make sure I focus on top priority items to move the needle. I like how every week starts off with a page to plan for the week and the layout for every page with Top Priority, Primary and Secondary Items. The open white space area I've used for various things like general notes to even drawings for how I need to make something happen.I've tried using things like One Note, but those can get covered over so easily with other apps that you lose track of what you need to get done. Nowadays with email, phone, texting, Teams, there are so many distractions vying for attention. Having this is like an additional monitor but gets your eyes off the screen(s) so you can focus. I also like how it's always in front of you so it's hard to not keep track of high priority items. This also beats post it notes for when you need to jot down quick items because post it notes just get thrown out and this allows you to go back in time to see when and why you did something.Highly recommend!

This is a great planner for managers, especially those who have ADHD. I like that it’s undated so that I don’t feel pressured to write in it every day or like a failure if I forget for weeks or days at a time. Plus, I don’t waste pages. This has helped me prioritize my days and remember small things that might otherwise slip my mind. Several of my coworkers have already purchased this planner for themselves.

I'm a road supervisor and am constantly moving around to do my job. The durability of the leather cover has been great! I've been using this organizer now for several days now and my favorite part about it is how it is set up.The front has all of the months together, and the rest of it is set up with a "week" page, then all 7 single day pages following the week page. This allows me to start the week and write down everything I want to accomplish that week, and put one of the ribbons in this page, bookmarking it. I then can continue flipping to the current day's page and ribbon that as well (two ribbons are usable).The only downside I can come up with is the cost of admission (around $38) BUT after using it for just about a week now, I'm VERY happy I invested in this costly agenda!HIGHLY recommend for those of us that NEED to stay organized and a computer isn't always at your fingertips!

This review is long overdue! ***Warning Essay ahead*** Honestly, I don't even remember how I came across Lion Planner but I'm glad I did! I'm a real estate agent and I have specific needs in a planner that I just can't get in most that are on the market. If it's not one thing it's another. There are a few planners now being made just for my Realtors but they cost SOOOO Much MOney! I just can't bring myself to buy a planner that is over $50.00 before shipping and only covers 6 months...and they're so big! Anyway, after I found Lion Planner I went to YouTube (like most of us) and checked out what others had to say (as well as other planners) and see which style might work best for me. The videos were very helpful and I purchased the Pro Daily version. So what do I love so much about it? Short answer, Everything but if you want details keep reading. #1 - The price is perfect! This same planner somewhere else would at least twice as much, I know cause I've looked for the last several years #2 - The quality of the product surprised me in a good way. It is very well made. The one I have provides flexibility without feeling flimsy or cheap. I like the 3 tassels so I can save my location in the appropriate Month, Week and Day. #3 - continuing with the topic of quality, the pages feel really nice and the pens I purchased (Pilot Frixion erasable pens) don't bleed through and provides a nice glide. I have both the red and blue planners and the colors are beautiful just the right shade and saturation. I was worried at first the red one would be too bright and harsh but it was not. It's a true red, not marron but it's not too much on your eyes. #4 - I love that on the daily section you have boxes to write down what is Important, Insignificant, what is your Top Priority for the Day, your Goals then your actual Hourly Schedule broken down per hour with a line in the middle so technically you can break it down every 30 mins. which is how I prefer to set my day. This structure allows me to really see what should get done today and helps me not to get caught up in being busy instead of being productive. As long as my Top priority for the day and what's Important was meet I can peace that it was a good day! #5 - week in review is great as well and I put my gratitude section there as well. Really there is so much about this planner that works for me in my real estate career and life overall. It has definitely made sure the day is productive and keeps it my goals top of mind since they are also broken down on your weekly and daily sections. #6 - The planner is larger enough for me to write in and small enough for me to carry in my work bag without being in the way. I will be a repeat customer for Lion Planner and I love showing it off to other Realtors in my field, they are all impressed as well. If I had to give a "con" because nothing can be 100% perfect is that according to a video I saw I thought the inside would be a followed: 1 Month, 7 days, week in review then repeat. Instead, it is ALL the months upfront, 1 week in review, 7 days, 1 week in review, 7 days, repeat. At first, I was a little disappointed in the layout but I got over it. Everything else is great it's not that big a deal. Again you have your tassels to keep track of where you are. Anyway, I hope this helps someone who may be on the fence. I'm not getting paid for this. This is my personal honest review. I highly recommend this planner!

This planner is great especially non dated. Love it! One of the best planners I’ve owned and I’ve gone through A LOT! Highly recommend specially for the ADHD mind :)

I am a planner lover and I truly love this one! I love that I can see months at a glance, have a page for planning each week, and can have full pages for each day, with rooms for appointments and a healthy amount of space for notes! This keeps me from having to carry a planner and a notebook! I didn't think I'd like having to fill in dates on my own, but the customizable features worked out really well for me, especially since, during the height of Covid, there were many days I did not have to plan. Just ordered my next one!

This is the only planner that I need and it's perfect!
