Works fine but plug overheated had to change plug

This product works well and the quality is good. Only issue is that it is quite noisy, there is a note on the advertising saying Mute, but I cant find anything that tells you what this is or how to activate it. If you can put up with the fan noise its a good buy

Extremely useful, keeps your drinks cold even in those days in uk when it was 40° outside, also making your coffee hot and you can fit a lot of cups or bottles in ,even the delivery was faster than suppose to be.

basically it doesnt work properly, no instructions and please dont buy folks, its useless, cant be bothered to return it.lol. ive tried buying a 3 pin plug so i can use it in the house as well, also asked my friends to plug it in car lighter as well, it worked twice since i bought it, id like to have a replacement please a it doesnt work and if issueisnt solved i will ring amazon customer services to make major complaint, ive had to many gadgets go faulty after just a few months, this product was summer to cool drinks so havent used it, ive checked everything over and over its faulty please send replacement or ill take the matter further as high spending customer with amazon. please do honourable thing and send replacement.grant Ereira

I love this amazing product.Especially due to the fact, i can use it all year around.Keeps my drink cold in Hot Weather,& will keep coffee warm in Winter.Thanks

I primarily bought this to cool canned drinks in my van but returned it due to this function not being very effective. I left the can in the cooler for an hour on more several times but never got a 'cold drink" the van did coo the drink down to around 10c but after an hour I grew tired of waiting...It did well keeping already hot drinks hot. I never tried heating from cold.

An amazing product. Really effective to keep the coffee warm.
