Really good desk, outstanding service
This desk does exactly what is required. It is light but sturdy, looks good, plenty of work space, a doddle to assemble. The plastic clips can be tricky but if you get underneath the worktop to fasten them it's much easier. I spend 8 hours a day working from home and needed this to move my office downstairs during the colder months to save heating bills.I cannot praise this enough.Apart from the customer service which was lightening fast, very helpful and most generous. It also arrived three days earlier than scheduled. If you need a good, very reasonably priced working desk, this is it.Jane

Why didn’t I get this years ago?
Arrived today, got very excited and tore the box open in seconds. Now, I know some sellers will tell you about how easy their items are to assemble, even though bigwig engineers from NASA can be left scratching their heads, but the instructions were so simple and the whole thing took less than three minutes to put together. Yes, you read that right - THREE minutes. Now, I’m a bit dozy when it comes to DIY and assembling furniture, just ask my friend Bev who still has a scar on the back of her leg from sitting on a chair I “put together” more than a decade ago, but this is simplicity itself. Open out base, pop on two tiny sponge pads to the frame and snap surface on. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!Large enough to accommodate my laptop, mouse mat, drink and flowers! I’m thinking of popping my flowers on the coffee table and actually putting my printer on here. Why not, indeed! It’s stable without being stupidly heavy (about 8kg I reckon), and super sturdy. Wish I had bought one sooner! Absolutely love it!!

Simple & functional
Really enjoying my new work station, sleek desk pops up and packs away again as needed, large enough to work on but not intrusive.Clips are a bit tight but so far no breaks.

Nice-looking, value-for-money compact desk
I bought this desk as a temporary measure during redecoration because it would be easy to store when I'd finished with it and was ready to install a full-sized desk. I knew the dimensions would be a challenge, so what follows isn't a criticism, just an observation in case you have a similar set-up to mine. It's fine for a laptop, or a monitor with a perpendicular stand, but it's a bit too shallow for comfort with a 27" Mac because of the sloping stand that sticks out at the back. That brings the screen too close (for me, anyway) and doesn't leave much keyboard space. I acccepted it would be a tight squeeze to accommodate both the Mac and a big Unicomp mech keyboard, and it is, but it'll be bearable for a few weeks. It's had an unexpected benefit, though. It's been a useful trial run and it's changed my plan for the replacement. Being able to move this desk around easily and try it in different positions gives you a much better idea of how things are going to work than just doing floor plans. So rather than replace it with an L-shaped one or a larger straight one, I'm going to pair it with the Zinus Tresa (140 cm x 75 cm) as an L-extension. They're close enough in height to adjust to a level surface, and the 50 cm depth means the smaller desk doesn't jut out too far into the room, but I can also separate it and rearrange the layout if a project calls for it. Sorted, then, with no need to retire the temporary desk. For most people in need of a compact desk at home, though, this one will do the job well straight out of the box.Pros:* smart black surface with wood grain effect* easy to unpack and assemble* the edges are substantial enough to support a clamp-on adjustable desk lamp* comes with a bag of spare parts* light and easy to move or dismantle for storage* well packed – foam plus rigid cardboard corner protectors (I was a bit annoyed by all the polystyrene packing because that stuff is worse than glitter for getting everywhere, but then I realised it had done an excellent job of stopping the dents and tears in the outer box from reaching the desktop. )Cons:* a bit of lateral wobble (don't overfill your coffee mug...) but I can't expect it to be both lightweight and completely stable, and be careful if you have a habit of pushing yourself away from a desk – it can tip backwards if you've got a heavy monitor on itOverall, a nice-looking, well-made desk that'll fit in anywhere.

The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy, size is perfect and able to handle a lot of weight. I like the wooden print. I had a bit of a hiccup with the delivery side of things, but seller helped with refund. However, I repurchased it because it had gone on sale and I just really liked it. The assembling was easy, just clip the table to the metal structure. Only downside is that in order to close it up, you have to detach/remove the table part in order to close the metal part. But, personally I don't need to close it because it's for a job. Nice and simplistic, Recommended.

Poor quality of clippers not use-full
I bought this item to have a desk that I can assemble and dissemble as require in the limited space of the house, Unfortunately the quality of the clippers are poor and shown signals of cracking in the first assemble. So it wont be possible to do this frequently. Tried returning it but seller did not provided return label and cost of sending by courier is almost half of the price of the item. In summary wont get refund and it was a waste of money. Do not recommend this item.

Not an Easy Folding Table
Product is fine, of good quality, and sturdy. although described as a folding table, is not totally inaccurate, as its just the legs that fold. i was anticipating something that could more easily be simply assembled and disassembled, folded and put away when not needed. the table top which is separate, clips into very strong plastic clips, to keep table top in place. i found it a bit of a faff to do, after time these clips will wear out, but good news is that the package also contained spares. if you really want a table that is static, then fine. however, if it's something you wish to use occasionally, easy folding, with table top attached, then look elsewhere. i decided to keep the table which adds extra length to my desk. good table, but getting table top on and off each time is a nuisance, hence my 3 stars.
