Blue = conditioner Purple = shampoo

Q: Do I really need the conditioner to have the shampoo be effective?

I don't know, because I only have used combinated, don't have evidence about whether the shampoo doing only

I use the Lipogaine Big 3 Shampoo. I haven't tried any others with the conditioner. I absolutely LOVE this stuff. I am 33 years old female and it has been life changing. I color my hair also. I am a natural dark brown and dye it to a wheat colored blonde. So a lot of chemicals in my hair. I feel like it has not striped my color and it feels so soft. The shampoo dries a little but when you put conditioner in, it softens. Not in a weighted way though. I do put it on the top of the hair (bang area) all the way to nape of neck. Hope you have success with these products.

If you are using minoxidil, hair loss before hair growth is common. None of the ingredients in the shampoo seem strong enough to cause loss or growth, only better scalp health. In my case it has slowed down my hair loss - nothing more nothing less
