Please read All the reviews here, including the poor reviews. There is a common thread among the 5 star reviews, great comfort, firm, cool during the summer, on and on, but these are initial impressions in the first few weeks of trying out the bed. I would give the bed a 5 star rating as well in the first year. We bought ours in 2012 and here it is 5 years later, and it is sagging badly. Is sags so bad, it makes me wake up with a sore back and feeling exhausted. I did my research and checked out a lot of mattresses, and yes I called Chuck and spoke to him at length. My wife is 5'6" and about 135 and I am 6'7" but only 205lbs. So I am evenly distributing the weight. The warranty is useless. If you have any stains, forget it. Even if it is small and on the corner, they will use the OSHA laws to hide behind and deny warranty. The criteria they use for sagging is ridiculous and 95% people out there will go out and buy a replacement long before this mattress has reached 1 1/2 inches of sagging. Mine is one inch. Save your money and find a mattress with a real warranty and read the fine print. NOT recommended!!

Getting out of this bed...
Getting in and out of this bed is super easy!I used to have a memory foam mattress, which was very comfortable. However, when it was time to get out of bed in the morning, or even rotate over to my other side, I had to do a fish-out-of water flppidey-flop in order to build up momentum first. With this mattress, I can toss and turn effortlessly, and it is super easy to roll out of bed in the morning. Getting out of bed is psychologically tough enough as it is, it should not have to be physically tough as well. But is it firm? There are a bevy of other mattress users that keep talking about firmness being the gospel of all mattresses. Why not just sleep on a board then, wouldn't that be way cheaper? I weigh over 250, and I find the 6 to be plenty supportive, even though I broke my back going way to fast in little sports car a few years back.Sleeps CoolWhile this is a huge pro to most of the mattress reviewing public, I find it to be a slight con. I miss how the neat little carcinogenic man made molecules used to keep me all nice and toasty on my old memory foam mattress.Looks niceDoes not look like your typical bed in a box.And finally the crappy point that caused me to withdraw a star....Poor StitchingYou can see at first glance, the stitching is sort of wavy gravy, rather than in a straight line. The first mattress I received had a small place where the sewing machine missed the fabric altogether. As you can see in the picture, this area is very small BUT just in case the stitching was weak in other areas, I opted to exchange it. I bought mine from Amazon LLC, and they sent a shipping company to come and remove my mattress, and credited my account the full amount. I then ordered another one, because I really did like the mattress. On the second one the stitching was still a bit wavy gravy, but a little better, and there were no places where they missed the fabric.SummaryI have had this mattress 10 months now, and have no regrets! There is not a divot in the mattress where I usually sleep, no seams have burst, and the boogie man has not taken up residence underneath it.

Mattress does develop 'dips' and I wish I'd bought a firmer version
I loved this mattress when I first bought it. I am a side sleeper, and lightweight, so I thought I would need a softer mattress. Trying out mattresses in the store confirmed this, but I didn't want to go too soft for risk of back pain. After talking to the Dreamfoam team, who are wonderful and very responsive, I ordered a 6 - plush/medium, which sounded ideal. It arrived in days, I unrolled it onto my platform bed, and slept like a baby for about a year. It's now been three years, however, since I bought the mattress, and sadly my fears about back pain came true. The mattress softened within the first few months of me using it, to just beyond my comfort level, and after about 18 months developed the 'dip' in my normal sleeping spot others have warned about - no so deep so as to trigger a warranty claim, but enough so that I toss and turn, and wake up with back pain. I've rotated the mattress a few times, but between me and my boyfriend the 'dips' are now pretty set on both sides, and rotating doesn't help anymore. We are likely going to be upgrading soon, which seems sad considering that I'd hoped to get at least 5 or more years out of a new mattress, not just 3.For anyone buying now I'd suggest buying at least one level firmer than you think you need, and realizing that the mattress isn't going to hold up as long as perhaps a full-latex or higher-quality base foam model would.

Affordable and will be good for a few years.
We purchased this mattress on June 3, 2014 and are now buying a new mattress. We were looking for an affordable foam alternative mattress to our old coil and it did meet our expectations and was really nice for a year or so but now our backs are starting to hurt and we are going to spend the money on a good natural latex mattress. This mattress met our expectations, no more. I would recommend it as long as you understand you are getting what you pay for and this mattress is only going to last a few years at best.

Holding up well after 5 years
When I bought this 5 years ago, I took a chance, never heard of the company, but the mattresses we liked best over our 50+ years together were latex. We bought a firm, which was very firm when new. After a year or so, it softened a little, still a firm mattress and neither of us is light After 5 years of use, it is in excellent condition and will not need replacing for another several years. Our previous mattress was a Tempurpedic, which was not as comfortable, began to degrade after a couple years and cost significantly more money. My review was brought on by my checking when I bought the mattress and was surprised that it was over 5 years old, had to post that this is a quality mattress. We do keep a thin mattress cover on it to keep the cover clean, cannot comment on how easy or hard it is to clean.
