Detox review
I enjoyed this detox. I took the 15 day cleanse every other day and the vitamins daily for my own discretion. I did experience stomach cramps when it was time to go. But it lasted for a short while and they passed. It’s day four for me and I feel better. I hope to give an update later after 15 days.

A lot easier on me than other cleanses
I love that this cleanse was a lot easier on me than the last. I’ve taken SEVERAL cleanses and I always recommend drinking ALOT of water to help stay hydrated, and try to eat as clean as possible :)I always make sure to drink as close to 1+ gallon of water while cleansing that I can, so that I stay hydrated. Yes this will CLEAN YOU OUT FOR SURE! I lost 5 lbs in a couple days! Everyone’s body is different so keep that in mind, but I could tell the bloating was going away within 2-3 days. It will get the job done! Just make sure to take what it says & drink lots of water, you’ll feel way better!

It's not gentle
It says it's a gentle colon cleanse. It is not.

This is a follow-up to my previous review
Okay this cleansing kit is rough. This senna is very 💪 strong and will have your insides totally twisted. But once you get a rhythm down with the kit,you can practically time out when the senna will take effect. The 🌿 herbs are super concentrated and need a little time to get accustomed too. But once you get it down to a science, it's a darn good kit 👌. I've ordered it again just for the senna pill 💊

Nothing, nothing and thought I was dying
The used the liver and kidney on their own for about a week and no noticeable changes. I used the cleanse one night on its own Around 10. I woke up at 4:30 in excruciating pain . Went to the bathroom for an hour hoping to help, no luck. Eventually vomitted from the pain. The next day had to change my pants three times. No warning and couldn’t even tell it was happening.
