Pleased with the extra battery. it came and was charged. Not fully but it was a lil bit charged.

The original battery was not keeping a charge, so I order this as a replacement and it worked great. Nice to know I can get the battery replaced so quickly and that it made my Ring doorbell work correctly.

I purchased a Ring battery from QUICKHELP with high hopes of a reliable and cost-effective alternative to the original Ring battery. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory.Initially, the battery seemed to function adequately for the first couple of charges. However, its performance took a nosedive after that brief honeymoon period. The most glaring issue is that the battery now dies at an alarming rate—half as fast as the original Ring battery. This significant drop in longevity has severely compromised the functionality of my Ring device, leaving me with a constant fear of missed events and security lapses.To add to my frustration, I missed the return window for this subpar product. Had I been able to, I would have promptly requested a return and sought a refund. It's disheartening to think that I am now stuck with a product that fails to meet even the most basic expectations.The disappointment doesn't end there. This negative experience has left a lasting impression on my perception of QUICKHELP as a company. I had hoped to find a reliable and budget-friendly alternative to the original Ring battery, but instead, I've been left with a product that fails to deliver on its promises.In the future, I won't be considering QUICKHELP for any of my electronic needs, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase from this company. While the allure of saving a few bucks may be tempting, the old adage holds true: you get what you pay for. In this case, I regret not investing a bit more for the assurance of quality that comes with an original Ring battery. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment—opt for the genuine product and steer clear of QUICKHELP.

It lasts longer than the original battery, the dimensions are exact, it works exactly the same as the original but with longer duration. I recommend it

These work great, no issues with my ring doorbell. Use the same charging cable and the ring brand batteries. Only issue, the battery power doesn't seem to last as long as the ring brand batteries. I have to swap them out every 4-5 months (still not bad) vs the ring brand battery lasts about 6-9 months.
