Wi-Fi Gateway for Tuya Smart Door Lock, Wi-Fi Bridge for Bluetooth Lock Remotely Control with Tuya/SmartLife App, Gateway Smart Hub Remote Control for Door Locks

The lock worked fine, but this gateway wouldn't stay connected. UPDATE: I'm not sure if it was the fault of the hub, or a network problem. The company reached out to try to solve the problem but I did not keep the lock that went with it so was unable to test. But I was impressed with the company's thoughtfulness and professionalism.

Not sure if it just me but this product does not work. You cannot connect it with the app or the doorknob. That is the main reason I purchased it. And even if I requested support from their team they still couldn't figure out a way to make it work.

Bought this for wirelss operation of a Loqron lock box and it works perfectly! Easy to use with the app and setup is straightforward. I can control the lockbox when I'm at work or even off island!

It works when it wants!!! Is doesn’t connect well to the wiffi!!!

It took me a total of 1 hour to get 3 tuya door handle locks to connect. I 1st had to find a prime location for the wifi hub. After I did I had to master rest the locks so the could be found over the blue tooth. Then I went in and added them back 1 by 1 so I could reset them up. I love smart options for most things. This hub does have some work that needs done. 1st. The range of 50 ft is not great at all. As seen in the image you get a message saying there a connection issue when there's not. If you get this message just be sure to go into the app and double check. Also. After adding each lock turn off your Bluetooth and make sure your lock is still connected in the app. Another tip. Do Not use any other app then the tuya app when setting this up. Other wise it's just a pain flipping back and forth with apps. I will post a video later of the set up for more help. It's a great buy though

Once you've got it programed it works great! It took me quite a few tries to get the fingerprints right but once I did it works like a champ!

I bought this to have remote access to my smart door and it worked. I like the fact that this is cordless, it is only plug in. I don’t have to deal with messy extra wires or cords. It makes everything looks clean without extra cords . I love it.

The gateway is just over 59 ft away from the wifi and the lock and doesn’t work
