I love these ankle straps. They are comfortable. I use them for both cables and resistance bands. Bonus: you have some color options.Having a cuff that works well for women is great! These are easy to put on and take off without any fuss. They are comfortable enough that I can wear them throughout my whole workout.It makes all the difference to change out to these quality cuffs instead of those fabric straps or giant cuffs for men.These ankle straps are solid and well-priced! I primarily use them for cable kickbacks, and they fit securely without pinching or digging into my ankles, which has been an issue with other brands. The Velcro holds strong, so I don’t have to keep adjusting between sets.I got the set of two, which makes switching legs so much more convenient—no more pausing to reattach between reps! The stiff-yet-flexible design offers great support while still allowing for natural movement. And the beige leopard print? So cute! It adds a little personality to my gym gear while still looking stylish and neutral.If you’re serious about glute workouts and want something durable, comfortable, and stylish, I highly recommend these!

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I use heavy weight. I have had ZERO issues & have received a few compliments on how cute it is. I let a fellow gym member try it out and she also ordered one. So far so good! Doesn’t hurt when lifting, adjusts easily and I’m thankful there are two metal rings instead of one because it helps you keep your balance & doenst tug on the back or your ankles!

I ordered these because I like to do different variations of kickbacks on the cable machine and the attachments that the gym had wrap around your heel and foot also which makes it so you can only do straight back kickbacks. These were reasonably priced. They have thick padding through the entire ankle strap so you don’t feel any discomfort. They are super easy to secure to your ankles. And the versatility of being able to adjust for kickback variations is fantastic.

Very comfortable and a good price! They stay in place and the velcro is very strong. No ankle pain or anything at all.

Good quality. Love the velcro strap; feels like it adds support. Very cute too and love that it comes in different colors and designs. I would recommend buying two versus just one as it is easier especially when pressed for time in the gym, but if you don't mind undoing the velcro to switch legs between each set, then just get the one.
