I had plantar's fasciitis and my physiotherapist taught me to do calf stretches. This works! (I usually use the equipment at the YMCA but when I can't get there, I can use this at home wearing running shoes). Problem is-- I received two in this order but I only use one at a time for stability- so why buy two?? Kind of wasteful.

I need extra support while doing poses on the floor and these do the job. They work well and were the best I found for the price.

The dimensions in the listing pic are wrong! The height is 3in, not 6. Correct dimensions shown in white. Not a problem for me, it still works for my purpose, but wanted others to know.

I used these to help me get with physical therapy after surgery on my wrist that limited my wrist extension. For that, they work beautifully. But, for some reason, one of the two blocks has a crater in it. Not a hole, a crater - like someone scooped out part of it with a melon baller. It overall doesn't affect the function severely, but is a minor discomfort. I didn't send them back because I needed to start the physical therapy at a certain time.

This works great for my “knees over toes” exercises.
