Must buy if needed Original Sturdy
Looks good feels good material is really good it’s a OEM military Medical pouch color is spot on obviously just cleaner then my vest LOL but just to give you guys an idea of buying one check out the pictures pretty big pouch i have two on it now one will be for a IFAK and the othor glasses and spend magazines I would of got a drop pouch but haven’t found a good one on Amazon yet but all in all good price original described as is

Perfect for what I needed
This vendor is my go to for good servicable MOLLE gear at a reasonable price. The IFAK pouch I received was in excellent condition and perfectly houses three Israeli pressure dressings, a mil-spec tourniquet, and two casualty blankets. Throw in a bottle of Motrin and I could almost be an Army medic (ha ha).

Very solid pouch
Well built pouch, strong snaps for Molle gear, as well as the ABS clasp and Velcro under the flap. This can also be used as a dump pouch, multi-purpose pouch, or even an ammo pouch, but the mags would likely make noise hitting each other with no separator. Anyway, it is an overall great product. Arrived fast too.

Just what we needed
We had an army style water pack that didn’t have any pockets. This “first aid” bag was made to tie onto it and is just what we needed to pack a lunch in and other smaller items.

This is an Improved First Aid Kit, not and IFAK
Nice pouch, in good condition, but smaller than an IFAK pouch.
