They work as they were intended. The magnet could be stronger. I do have paper lined over the chalkboard where I put them so there are times they don’t get a good magnetic grip and will fall.

Weak magnetism
Labels are nice. They have a glossy side and a matte side. They also fit well in the channel and have a plastic cover. The bad news is they come off pretty easily.

Great but the papers slide out
I am using these for my students to track their lunch and attendance. They work great except for the little plastic and their names fall out. I put extra paper in and glued the ends and they still don’t stay put.

I don't know about anyone else but I'm tired of seeing post-it notes on my office cabinets. These made a world of a difference.
