love these, my feet were burning constantly but as soon as these went on relief. I even slept in them, I may order two more pairs. this is a must have if you have nerve damage, burning tingling feet or cracked and painful. I wear the gel side inside for instant relief then socks over them to keep them protected. what a blessing!

A waste of money
Had to give it one star just so I could write a comment. It does not deserve even one. Came apart the first time I wore them. A waste of money.
