It is a clear gel with a strong hold to mimic the look of laminated brows. How to Use: Apply to clean, dry brows or after using Major Brow Shaping Wax (sold separately) to preset brows in place. Brush gel through the brows, being sure to fully coat each hair until the product becomes tacky. Press brows into place with the back of the applicator, laminating them into the desired shape. Clean off the excess gel from the skin.
