Q: Anyone know if this helps repel Lizards? If not, any recommendations?

These don’t seem to phase geckos in the least

yes, you can. You only need to take them out and place them where you need to repel snakes, they will immediately emit a smell and start working.

Q: How long does it last?

In my yard/area these seem to last for about 3-4 months. I put them out in early May and they have lasted until now (August). I thankfully have seen no snakes so far.
